Purpose of the role : The IT Business Development Manager is responsible for understanding customers business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs. Preparing techno-commercial proposals, presentations and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software/services, to influence credibly and effectively to all levels of the organization, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the goals of the product are met.
Key Responsibilities :
– Generating new business leads through cold-calling, networking, business associations, etc.
– Negotiating effectively the terms of commercial agreement and closing sales
– Creating awareness of products/services, conducting training for clients and partners
– Maintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key partners and customers; identifying new partner and customer opportunities
– Managing relationship with existing customers and cross-selling /up-selling products and services
– Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
– Meeting sales targets and contributing to team targets
– Developing sales strategies to improve market share
– Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
– Maintaining in-depth understanding of competition’s offerings, strategies, and plan
– Collaborating with teams for pre-sales, deployment and post-sales support
What we are looking for :
– Experience in IT Products/Services sales, Solution sales and partner management with accomplishments all through his/her career
– Experience in selling enterprise SaaS products is an added advantage
– Strong grip on Indian/US and Europe market base
– Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Purpose of the role – The VP Product is responsible for Infisuites’s product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the financials goals of the product are met.
Key Responsibilities :
– Generate new business revenue by identifying, engaging and closing target prospect opportunities through the development of key relationships at multiple points within complex matrix organizations.
– Work strategically to prospect and win high profile new business accounts through lead generation to securing contracts.
– Prospect for new opportunities in collaboration with our lead generation teams as well as identifying and developing opportunities from within your territory.
– Build a strong understanding of the solution and a deep understanding of the customer value proposition.
What we- re looking for :
– Extensive experience in software sales with demonstrable experience in an enterprise SaaS environment into HR solutions preferred.
